UFin implemented the ixMFI management information system by Ionixx Technologies, utilizing cloud and mobile technologies for end-to-end microfinance automation. This platform enables us to operate paperless branches, automate loan approvals, and maintain real-time portfolio visibility across all operational states and union territory.
Processes are the secondary critical driver after people. We emphasize uniform process implementation across all departments to achieve consistent, predictable outcomes. Our methodology is built on the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle as a continuous improvement framework.
