With more than a decade of experience in Sales, Marketing and Operations, Mr. Vasanth brings strong expertise in strategic planning and business development to drive UFin's growth across new geographies.

With 12+ years of experience in Sales and Collection, Mr. Prem Kumar oversees UFin's field operations across all states and union territory. His hands-on operational leadership ensures consistent service delivery at the branch level.

With more than two decades of experience in Finance and Accounts — including five years at Reliance Telecom Ltd — Mr. Sudhakar takes care of all financial activities for UFin. He plays a key role in raising term loans and bringing in new partners, coordinating with lenders and partners to keep the integrated process effective.

With more than two decades of experience in microfinance operations, micro-housing and LAP, Mr. Sudhansu leads the expansion of UFin's presence across northern India. He has previously worked with Spandana Sphoorty Financial Limited as Vice President, Operations, and headed state micro-housing portfolios for Swarna Pragati Housing Microfinance and L&T Financial Services.

Mr. Rameshkumar He has more than 12 years of experience in microfinance sector. He previously was associated with Grama Vidiyal (IDFC first Bank), Equitas SFB, Fullerton India Credit Company and Jana SFB.
