Know MSM
UFin Financial services limited is one of the fast growing non-banking financial companies (NBFC) incorporated in 1996 under Companies Act, 1956. MSM commenced its microfinance operations in January 2010 and caters to the financial needs of the people in India.MSM is one of the renowned NBFCs for its Ethical values, Transparency and Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives.
At MSM, we provide collateral-free microloans to the low-income people especially women from urban and semi urban areas. As per the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines, we sanction the loans to the borrowers for undertaking income generation activities. We are following both Self Help Group (SHG) and Joint Liability Group (JLG) lending models and we have adopted the Grameen lending model for hassle-free microfinance operation.We are committed to high ethical practices and codes of conduct as prescribed by the RBI guidelines pertaining to Microfinance lending. In 1998, we started our operation with an authorized and paid up share capital of Rs.25 lakhs. By the end of financial year 2011-2012, we have over Rs.5 crore in total paid up capital, free reserves and share application money.

Mr. Mohan Kumar Subramanyam
is the Chairman and also on the Board of Directors. He is responsible for overseeing the operations of MSM.
Mr. MuthuMuthukumar
is the Managing Director and on the Board of Directors. He is Responsible for Internal Audit and Corporate Legal Compliance.
Mr.P.S.V. Vasanth
is the Senior Vice President of Operations. He has an MBA in System Analysis. He has more than a decade of experience in Sales, Marketing and Operations. As a Certified ISO 9001:2005 (QMS Standard) Auditor, he led Kumaran Systems, his previous employer to CMMI Maturity level 3 in 2009 and in 2012 and played the role of ISM and implemented ISO 27001:2005 in 2012.
Mr. Premkumar V
is the Regional Head for South India. He has an MBA in Marketing from PSG Institute of Management. He is an expert in Strategic Planning, Sales, NPA Management, Team Management and Customer relationship management. He previously worked in JanalakshmiFinancial Services where he handled all core banking products.
Mr. Sudhakar S
is the Finance Head, he has an M.com graduate with overall 16 plus years of experience in Finance Field, previously worked has finance manager in Reliance.
Mr. Pravin R
is the Human Resource In-charge, he has an MBA- Human Resource with over 3 plus year of experience in Human resource department, previously worked has Executive HR in Intelenet Global service.
